நாம் உண்ணும் உணவானது (அது எந்த உணவாயினும்) முதலில் ரசமாகி, ரத்தமாகி, தசை ஆகி, எலும்பாகி, எலும்பு மஜ்ஜையாகி, பின்பு மூளையாகி
மேலும் பஞ்ச பூதங்கள், பிரபஞ்ச ஆற்றல் அனைத்தையும் ஈர்த்த பின்பே நம் உடலில் உள்ள உயிர் அணுக்களாகவும் உயிர் சக்தியாகவும் மாற்றம் பெறுகிறது
இதனையே பிராணன் என்று முன்னோர்கள் அழைத்தார்கள், இந்த போக்கிஷமான உயிராற்றல் நாம் காம உணர்வு பெற்று இனப்பெருக்க செயலில் ஈடுபடும்போது ஆண்களுக்கு விந்து சக்தியாகவும் பெண்களுக்கு நாத சக்தியாகவும் வெளிப்பாடு அடைகிறது
இனப்பெருக்க காலத்தில் ஆணின் விந்துவில் பல லட்சம் உயிரணுக்கள் நீந்தி பெண்ணின் கருப்பையை அடைகிறது அதில் அனைத்து உயிரணுக்களும் அழிக்கப்பட்டு முழுமையான தகுதியுடைய ஒரே ஒரு உயிரணு மட்டுமே பிழைத்து பல இன்னல்களுக்கு பிறகு மனிதனாகிறது
எந்த ஒரு அணுவும் தன்னைத்தானே சுழன்று கொண்டே இருக்கும் என்பது அறிவியல், எந்த ஒரு பொருளும் தன்னை தானே சுழலும்போது அலை இயக்கம் உண்டாகிறது (உதாரணமாக வீட்டில் இருக்கும் காற்றாடி சுழலும்போது காற்று வெளிப்படுவது போல) நம்முடைய உடலில் உயிரணுக்கள் உடல் முழுவதும் பரவி தன்னை தானே சுழலுவதால் காந்த ஆற்றலாக மாற்றம் அடைகிறது
“உயிராணுவில் இருந்து காந்த ஆற்றல் வெளிப்பாடு அடைவதை நம்முடைய இரு கைகளையும் ஆழ்ந்த கவனத்தில் சேர்த்து பிரித்து பார்ப்பதன் மூலமாக எளிதில் உணரலாம்”
நம்முடைய ஜீவனில் இருந்து உற்பத்தி ஆகும் இந்த காந்த ஆற்றலை ஜீவகாந்த ஆற்றல் என்று அழைக்கிறோம், இந்த காந்த ஆற்றலே நம்முடைய உணர்வாக மனமாக மேலும் நம்முடைய ஐம்புலன்கள் வழியாக உடல் உறுப்புகளின் செயல்பாடுகளாக வெளிப்பாடு அடைகிறது
ஒரு மனிதன் வாழ்வில் முழுமையாக வெற்றியடைய தன்னுடைய உயிராற்றலை விந்து சக்தியை விரயம் செய்யாது எந்த அளவிற்கு தனக்குள்ளாக இறுத்தி பயிற்சிகளின் மூலம் மேம்படுத்தி முழுமை செய்கிறானோ அந்த அளவிற்கு வாழ்வின் பல்வேறு பரிமாணங்களில் வெற்றி அடைகிறான்

ஒரு கோழி முட்டையானது பொரிந்து குஞ்சாக வெளிப்பட ஒரு மாதம் ஆகிறது இதேபோல கோடிக்கணக்கான மனித உயிர்களானது விந்துவாக மாறி பெண்ணின் கருப்பையை அடைந்து அழிந்து ஒரே ஒருஉயிரணு சிசுவாக சில மாதங்களில் குழந்தையாக வெளிப்படுகிறது இத்தகைய அபூர்வ சக்தி வாய்ந்த உயிரணுக்களின் ஆற்றலை உணராது நம்முடைய வாரிசுகளை நாமே சில நொடி இன்பத்துக்காக அழிப்பது நியாயம் தானா?

உயிரானது உடலில் இருந்து வெளியேறிய அடுத்த நிமிடத்திலேயே உடல் அழுகத் துவங்குகிறது அவ்வளவு மதிப்பு மிக்க உயிரின் சக்தியை சாதாரண போதைப்பழக்கம் போன்ற இந்த சுய இன்பத்தில் தான நாம் வீணாக்க வேண்டுமா?
நம்முடைய உண்மை ரகசியத்தை அறிந்து கொண்டால் மட்டும் போதாது உணரவேண்டும், உணர்ந்தால் மட்டும் போதுமா உணர்ந்து பிரம்மச்சரியத்தில் நிலைக்க வேண்டும் காமம் எனும் இந்த கொடும்பாவி நம்முடைய பிறப்பின் நோக்கத்தை அழித்து விடும் என்பதை உணர்ந்து விழிப்போடு வாழவதே மதிப்பு மிக்க வெற்றிகரமான வாழ்க்கை
